The SiMJSC from Tandem Sun is the most cost effective solar harvesting technology of today, which is enabled by the proprietary Solar Grade III-V substrate technology. It is a high efficiency solar harvesting technology lowering the cost of electricity to attractive levels even compared to conventional power producing technologies. SiMJSC and Solar Grade III-V technologies of Tandem Sun are developed at the Royal Institute of Technology-KTH, Stockholm, Sweden.
